Climate simulation tools from Climate Interactive

Climate Interactive recently featured four of its climate simulation tools that can be used by educators to engage students in learning about the climate system.

The C-Learn simulation is designed "to help users understand the long-term climate effects of various customized actions to reduce fossil fuel CO2 emissions, reduce deforestation, and grow more trees."
This web-based simulation can be used to help your students evaluate various actions to mitigate climate change.

The C-Learn simulation can also be used by students conducting Climate Interactive's World Climate Exercise, a role-playing exercise in which students negotiate a global agreement to mitigate climate change. Teaching resources to accompany this activity can be found here.
