The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) publishes an annual Arctic Report Card that includes a section on Permafrost. This section includes highlights from the year and cites data and references for further information. There is also page devoted to the topic of permafrost, along with a gallery of permafrost images, including ones that illustrate how permafrost is changing.
